Provided IT support for the Kalamazoo based Construction Management firm, with clients spanning the midwest United States. Was responsible for Microsoft Windows network and desktop support, along with network planning, software purchases, and systems design for the corporate and remote offices. Additionally provided support for several other companies both within and outside the industry, both in Michigan and Nebraska. Occasionally provided Web/Software programming, Graphic Design, and Video Editing services. Also performed large audience presentations and training sessions for both internal groups and customers.

Web developer and photographer for the Kalamazoo based online moped parts retailer and importer. Provided technical support and software advising for the initial business setup, and provided CubeCart and Magento eCommerce support and customization. Also provided photography services for the online store.

Provided production pre-processing, order handling, and occasional design and software development for the well-established Kalamazoo based printer. Daily tasks included customer phone support and sales, as well as production preflight for black and white large format printing and color small format printing.
